That’s why we will accomplish all that for you for free!Our skillful technical staff representatives will move your site content from your current provider to us. Our technicians have lots of experience migrating web sites and are able to take care of anything – from a common WordPress–based blog or Joomla^™ CMS–driven site, to a very complex, custom–built app.

A: While we can’t give you an exact time window, because there are plenty of factors, including the size of the files and databases, the physical location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll give our very best to migrate your web site within 48 hours, and in certain cases – within 24 hours (when the website content is not large).

A: Yes. We will require the name of the site that you want us to migrate. We’ll also require a means to log in to your current hosting account so that we can get the content associated with your site.

A: Our Privacy Policy is an inseparable part of the agreement that we will have with you as a customer. We are dedicated to safeguarding the security of the personal details obtained from the customers. To accomplish this, we use technical security measures so as to prevent the loss, the misuse, the alteration or the unlawful disclosure of the personal data under our control. The measures include, but are not limited to: physical, electronic and administrative procedures to protect and secure the info that we receive online. When we request clients to submit financial info (such as a credit card number), this info is shielded using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology.

A: No. Your website will stay visible online during the migration. Once everything is completed on our end, we will tell you so that you can preview it and check for any problems. If everything is OK, all you will need to do is edit your domain’s DNS settings.

A: Nah. Apart from your login details for the Control Panel, we won’t need anything. We’ll never touch base with your web hosting provider. They will not know anything about the migration either.

A: We can transfer your web site from any web hosting provider or any Linux–driven hosting platform as long as we can obtain access to the Control Panel and there’s File Transfer Protocol access available.The only web sites that we are unable to transfer are the ones based on closed–source software apps such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
